Start by exploring our available services on the homepage. You can choose from ferry tickets, complete package tours, or bus transfers depending on your travel needs.

Enter passenger information & travel date
After clicking Book, you’ll be redirected to our secure booking page. Here you need to fill in:
- Travel Date – Select your preferred departure date
- Number of Passengers – Adults, children, etc.
- Contact Information – Email and phone number
- Vehicle Details – If transporting a car (dimensions)
Confirm & Pay
Complete payment and receive your ticket
Review your booking summary and proceed to secure payment. After successful payment, you’ll instantly receive your e-ticket via email.
- Review Summary – Check all details are correct
- Choose Payment Method – Card, bank transfer, or pay at terminal
- Receive Confirmation – E-ticket sent to your email
- Show at Terminal – Present your ticket on departure day

We do not have parking space at our accommodation and you cannot park in the tunnel that leads to the terminal or in the terminal itself.

Booking Confirmation
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please present this confirmation (printed or digital) at the ferry terminal on the day of departure.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth boarding.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 90% Refund Payment 24 hours before the starting service.
- No-show: No refund available

Weather & Force Majeure
In case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the ferry from operating safely, we will:
- Offer a full refund for the affected trip
- Provide the option to reschedule to another available date
- Notify you as soon as possible via email and/or phone
Booking Modifications
If you need to modify your booking (change date, add passengers, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
