We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Payment in cash: on the board of ferry, in our offices in Shkodër or Tirana
  • PayPal payment mode
  • Online Payment via our secure booking system

Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details. Please present this confirmation (printed or digital) at the ferry terminal on the day of departure.

⚠️ Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure smooth boarding.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 90% Refund if cancelled 24 hours before the starting service
  • 0% No-show: No refund available
Important — Manual Booking via WhatsApp

When you submit a booking request through our WhatsApp form, please note that this does not constitute a confirmed or paid reservation. Your submission is a booking request only. Here is how the process works:
Step 1 — You submit your request. By sending the booking form via WhatsApp, you are expressing your interest in reserving a seat on your preferred date. No payment is required at this stage.
Step 2 — We review availability. Our team will check seat availability for the date you have selected and respond to you as soon as possible.
Step 3 — We confirm your reservation. Once we verify availability, we will send you an official confirmation along with payment instructions. Your booking becomes active only after this confirmation from our team.
Step 4 — You complete payment. After receiving our confirmation, you may proceed with payment using any of our accepted methods. Your seat is fully secured once payment is received.

The cancellation and refund terms listed above apply only to confirmed and paid bookings. Unconfirmed requests may be withdrawn at any time without charge. To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at kontakt@komanilake-explore.com or call us at +355 69 84 55 220.

Weather & Force Majeure

In case of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent the ferry from operating safely, we will:

  • Offer a full refund for the affected trip
  • Provide the option to reschedule to another available date
  • Notify you as soon as possible via email and/or phone

Booking Modifications

If you need to modify your booking (change date, add passengers, etc.), please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Start by exploring our available services on the homepage. You can choose from ferry tickets, complete package tours, or bus transfers depending on your travel needs.

Click the "BOOK" Button Find your desired service and click the green Book button

Fill in Your Details

Enter passenger information & travel date

After clicking Book, you'll be redirected to our secure booking page. Here you need to fill in:

  • Travel Date – Select your preferred departure date
  • Number of Passengers – Adults, children, etc.
  • Contact Information – Email and phone number
  • Vehicle Details – If transporting a car (dimensions)

Confirm & Pay

Complete payment and receive your ticket

Review your booking summary and proceed to secure payment. After successful payment, you'll instantly receive your e-ticket via email.

  • Review Summary – Check all details are correct
  • Choose Payment Method – Card, bank transfer, or pay at terminal
  • Receive Confirmation – E-ticket sent to your email
  • Show at Terminal – Present your ticket on departure day

Car Parking Information

Where to park your vehicle safely

Important Parking Notice

We do not have parking space at our accommodation and you cannot park in the tunnel that leads to the terminal or in the terminal itself.

Attempting to park in restricted areas may result in:
